Welcome to Painting Harlow's Future. By using this application, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Use of the App
This app is operated by Japeto Labs LTD in collaboration with Harlow Council for the purpose of community engagement with the Painting Harlow's Future initiative. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Content and Conduct
You agree not to use the app to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
4. Prize Draw
Users who collect all art pieces may enter a prize draw. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The following terms apply:
- There are 4 prizes to be won, each consisting of 4 tickets to a Harlow Playhouse performance of the winner's choice.
- Entry is limited to one per person. Entrants must be aged 16 or over.
- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
- Entries close on 31 August 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by 14 September 2026.
- By entering the prize draw, you agree that your entry details may be shared with Harlow Council for the purposes of awarding prizes. See our privacy policy for more information.
- This prize draw is organised by Japeto Labs LTD in collaboration with Harlow Council. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
- Void where prohibited by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Japeto Labs LTD provides this app on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
